Monitoring, backup and maintenance
We establish monitoring of key indicators, backup controls and regular maintenance. Intervention scope and support availability follow the agreed service conditions.
Operating procedures and server recovery
We document managed server configurations and dependencies, routine tasks, contacts and outage procedures. For security incidents, we agree escalation paths and conditions for a safe return to service. We prepare a restore procedure based on application requirements and verify it within the agreed scope.
